3. Payments & Card Data

Online payments and subscription billing are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, Paddle, or similar providers). Those processors are PCI-DSS compliant. AktInfoTech does not store full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on our servers.

  • Cloud hosting and email service providers necessary to operate the SaaS platform
  • Government or regulatory authorities when legally required
