These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AktInfoTech website and the purchase of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. By accessing this website or creating a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Identity

2. SaaS Services Offered

We offer the following subscription tiers (prices in INR):

  • Basic Plan (AI Tools) — ₹999 / month
  • Pro Plan (Automation) — ₹2,499 / month
  • Enterprise API Plan — ₹9,999 / month

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes (such as GST) may apply as per Indian law and will be shown at checkout.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Pricing, Billing & Payment

  • All listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • By subscribing, you authorize our designated payment gateway to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Failed or unauthorized payments will result in the immediate suspension of your software access.

5. Digital Delivery

Software access is intangible and delivered electronically immediately upon payment. Physical shipping does not apply. Detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our AI generation and automation tools, you agree NOT to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly restricted content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm our APIs beyond your subscription limits.
  • Use the software for fraudulent financial schemes or spam distribution.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

AktInfoTech retains full ownership of the underlying software, dashboard UI, and proprietary algorithms. Any content generated by you using our AI tools is owned by you, subject to our acceptable use policy.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed exclusively by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including our 7-day money-back guarantee for new users.

9. Limitation of Liability

AktInfoTech provides the SaaS tools "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from software use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to our grievance process, courts at Bettiah / West Champaran, Bihar shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or our subscription pricing from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will be revised accordingly. We will notify active subscribers of significant pricing changes before their next billing cycle.
